woke up late.. was suppose to meet sam at 7.30am at pl mrt. i woke up at 7am.. xP in the end, dad fetched me all the way to east coast. wandered ard cos dunno where everyone was. so happened to spot sam sitting at one of the benches while walking back frm the beach towards macs. then sam "guided" ahpat to where we were cos she a bit xia.. so nvr see us.
jorene came with william. n pat (who finally sees him for the 1st time) got super high. she and sam keep trying to take a gd photo of them. lols.
walked (i heard 2km) to the red cross carnival place. (we were there to man booths for RCHN anniversary). sam and pat were super high n jor was the subject of their craziness. i was trying to get joseph to talk. but can only get him to say a few words.. cannot hold a conversation.lol.
once there, we fooled ard a bit until we were asked to help out in the origami booth. then the person in charge forgot how to fold watever she wanted to teach us, so we just fold watever we know. i fold crane, sam fold lotus, pat fold boat. so all we had to do was wait for the kiddos to come, then teach them how to fold, then let them compete. whoever folds correctly the fastest wins the prize.
william came over by then. but he just stand at a distance. then keep looking at jor.. lol. he's probably scared of us. xP
the kiddos were ok.. but i dun really know how to interact with kids, so ahpat is the one who mostly talks to them/teach them. one of the kids wanna learn the crane. n i'm the only one who know how to fold. n i forgot. >< lol.. dunno why.. forgot the 1st few steps then. so the kid had to go learn something else.. xP
took turns to go eat. the rest went to eat while me and pat stayed. realise it was a bit stupid.. cos their grp only sam know how to fold her lotus. other then tat they cant teach the kids anything else. lol. so had to go teach them once they came back. they took over 1.5hrs to buy n eat. (cant really blame them, kfc was crowded.)
when finally our turn to makan, me n pat buy frm kfc n go to the tables by the beach n eat. super shiok. the scenery was quite nice, got nice breeze, weather was perfect... plus nice food.. xD we eat finish then just sit there n chitchat. fan zhen earlier they also take so long.. plus the booth got like no kids lar, so they dun need our help.
sat there n talked until we heard co playing. then we ran to the big tent to watch fy. they play 2 songs then finish liao. lols. travel so far, perform so little.. we found fy later n told her william was here.. lol.
finally got jor to introduce william to us. lol. too bad fy not there with us.
decided to leave jor and william alone, so me sam n pat go sit on the bbq table near the sea n slack. slack the rest of the way. just talked random stuff n got high. at one point felt like singing the sch song. so me n pat go sing. lol.haha. xD it was one of the fun-est times in my life. plus get "free" cip hrs for slacking some more.. xD
best cip i ever did.
