changes happening once more.. haix. this will be the 2nd time we change teams this year... haix..

as i thought, broZC will split me n josie. cos me n josie seems quite close, cos we both same team mah (both team leaders too) then same cell.. so in cell see each other.. in tech serve/lead together.. then not serving we also together cos half of who's left in the cell is serving, then sometimes the others will sit with their frens... lol.

at least it looks tat way (the splitting part) cos me n josie now in diff teams, while the other team leaders are still in their same team/sub-teams. actually it seems like mostly is my team split half... ya.. come to think of it i think the other teams are most/less intact....

lol. forgot to say wats the change. DL going thru revamp,n they request technical help from IGNYTE. so to support them while ensuring we dun have lack of manpower, we have to merge the original 3 teams n split into 2 new ones, of which each team is further divided into 2 sub-teams. (so there's 4 subteams.) the original team leaders still remain.

but looking at the new team deployment, seems like my team has been split into 2 n separated into the 2 teams.. the other 2 (original) teams have hardly any change in their ppl. haix.

maybe its not done on purpose.. but just happen to zhong my team to split.. haix. but at least pam is in my subteam! =)

haix. so now no more joseph to work with.. got shamus n brendan. haix. it was easy working with josie, whenever got anything going on we always keep each other in the loop. its like an unspoken agreement. even in the simple things like reminding the team tat we're serving tat week one of us will always do it without needing to tell the other, but we always msg the other too so tat they'll be informed as well. haix.
but shamus?? from past experience (when i'm under him) he doesnt remind the team as he assumes they'll always rmb when they're serving. n sometimes he doesnt msg the team info they have to know..
brendan? i have no idea. he became a team leader same time as me.. so no idea wat it'll be like. oh n he's my other subteam leader.

haix. just realised. since we're now back to 2-week serving schedule, good news is (YES!) we get to serve more often (=D), but bad news is now i wont be able to sit with jer or josie during service anymore.. haix.

cos at least last time is either jer, or me n josie, or chris serving at any one week.. (cos 3 teams mah) so the other 2 teams not serving can sit together in service (as a cell i mean). but now cannot. its either me n chris serving (either in IGNYTE or DL) or josie n jer serving (IGNYTE/DL).. haix. n plus chris like to sit with his frens one... haix. then chloe usually (more like almost always) serving.. (n when she's not, she sometimes sit with her frens too) haix. then emmanuel n justin n yx dun always come for service (though they've been coming quite regularly minus last week) so in the cell will left me n the 3 (though usually yx dun come) so 2 of them.. then a bit weird.. cos i not tat close to them.. if got another cell member then not so bad... so i'll most likely end up sitting with my frens then.. (but its weird too.. cos my frens so happen to be in the same cell as each other minus me).. haix.

dun get me wrong. its not tat i dun wanna serve in DL, to support them.. in fact i'm really look forward to it (it'll be cool n awesome!) its just tat i dun like changes.... esp big ones like tat.. (must he split my team in half??) haix. =( he probably has his reasons why he split the teams like tat bah.. but still..? haix.

why couldnt we go back to the old times when i 1st joined n there were 3 teams?? last time was 1 team do fuel, 1 team do service, 1 team break. so why cant we do the same thing?? 1 team do IGNYTE, 1 team do DL, 1 team break.

like tat we all get to serve more, n plus the teams wont be disrupted.. n everything is covered adequately.

so sad... now have to wait one more week before i get to serve again.. haix. =( cos by the old schedule, my team suppose to serve this weekend... but in the new schedule, josie's team is serving (lucky him) but my team is the following week.. haix. tat means this time i have to wait FOUR WEEKS before i get to serve again!!! WAAHHHH........ ><

GP unpredictable.. i scared my essay dun do well.. then compre confirm wont do well.. qns all anyhow answer.. vocab all the words i know... n yet i dun know.. haix. then aq also die. of all things the passage has to be on cloning! n for-cloning too! if its anti-cloning maybe i got some hope.. cloning is one of the few topics i know both sides but i CANNOT accept the side tat i dun agree with. even for tat important marks i also wont write anything in agreement with wat i dun agree with. not for this topic. haix. so die lor.

econs is no hope. my econs like U all the way. (more/less..) study/dun study not much diff.. haix. essay qns i write super little lar!! >< at least case study might have a bit of hope.. but tat one also cant guarantee.. haix

chem paper 3 is goner. super hard lar!!! then somemore i nvr go thru electrochem n forgot my ionic!! >< soooo screwed. left more than half the paper blank.. haix.

bio wasnt so bad. esp in comparison to chem.. shld be able to pass bah... but still... haix. lost a lot of marks. studied DNA this morning.. but see the qn n forgot wat i learnt.. haix. then essay qns very familiar, cos got come out similar qns b4..but nvr study meiosis/mitosis/mutation/etc then cannot rmb.. so write like only half a pg for an 8m qn.. left the other 2 parts blank.. (but at least i not as bad as joled. he left the entire essay blank --which i've done b4.. xP) then my chi square very sad.. i calculate the answer like 1000+++, but see the table they give the answers all between 1-10 kind of thing.. my answer's at least 100 times bigger than their biggest value lar!! so i thought i do wrong.. so nvr write down my answer.. wasted my time attempting the qn n nvr write answer... some more the answer was CORRECT! DANG IT! at least it shld be correct.. cos the guys ask mg if the ans was 1000+ n he say yes.. so almost 100% sure my ans was correct! dang it! n i nvr write down! lose marks for nothing.. haix. then cos i busy trying my chi-square-which-i-wont-get-marks-for-cos-i-nvr-write-down-my-dang-correct-answer, i no time to finish my respiration... N I SPENT LIKE THE WHOLE YESTERDAY NIGHT CRAMMING IT INTO MY BRAIN! waaahhhh... sianz.. then some more is i know how to do one!!!!!! >< haix.. =(

still left math, chinese, chem paper 1&2, n bio mcq...

chem paper 1&2 if dun save me i die like no one's business..
chinese shld can pass.. but it cant be counted in the criteria to promote..
math...... was actually relying on it to get like B?? but mr heng make it sound like i'll be lucky to pass... plus while some of my math still ok, some chapters really cannot make it (like recurrence n functions.. ><)

i shld be practising math n not be blogging... haix. but wats the use if i'll probably wont do well anyways... haix. at this rate i'll probably still be in j1 next yr.. haix..
